Shipping policy

We currently partner with multiple mail carriers to get you the best shipping rate, turnaround time and customer service available.

PROCESSING:
Our current processing time is 2-3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the address provided at checkout, containing your shipping details.


SHIPPING:
USPS, our premier carrier, provides FAST & RELIABLE shipping between 2-5 calendar days depending on distance (excluding Sundays and USA Federal Holidays).

1. Full door-to-door package tracking (FREE!)
2. Package insurance, up to $100* (FREE!). (*Up to $50 package insurance for Priority Mail)

Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We are also not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. We will make every effort to help you locate your package(s) through the free tracking information provided by one of our dedicated mail carriers.
